CREAMY SHRIMP FETTUCCINE PASTA WITH HOMEMADE


 

This Alfredo Fettuccini Shrimp is a perfect meal for convenience. There’s just something about a pasta mountain eaten with a rich creamy sauce, and filled with big, juicy shrimps that have written my name all over it. This reminds me of my dream Olive Garden dish; Alfredo seafood.


To make it you’ll need the following ingredients:

– 500g Fettuccine pasta.
– 500g shrimp.
– 1 small chopped onion.
– 2 cups heavy whipping cream.
– 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese.
– 1/3 cup white wine.
– 2 tablespoons salted butter.
– 1 garlic clove.
– 1 tablespoon olive oil.
– 1 tablespoon fresh parsley.
– 1/2 teaspoon paprika.
– 1/4 teaspoon chili powder.
– Salt and pepper to taste.


HOW TO MAKE IT??!

1_ Cook the Fettuccine pasta following the instructions directed on the box, and don’t forget to drain it.
2_Put the shrimp In a medium mixing bowl, add in the seasonings( paprika, parsley, chili powder, salt, and pepper),
3_ And now cook the seasoned shrimp for 2 to 3 minutes in a large skillet with 2 tablespoons of olive oil.
4_ Remove it and sautee the chopped onion with butter and garlic for 3 minutes. And add in the skillet the white wine and cook for another 4 minutes.
5_ Add the heavy cream and the grated parmesan cheese, stirring continuously until dissolved.
6_ And now, add the cooked pasta and shrimp, mix well, you can add salt and pepper if desired.
7_ Sprinkle parsley for garnish, serve and enjoy your pastaaaa!!
