ORIGINAL OLD BAY CRAB CAKES


 
Easily made, super delicious, and crispy! This recipe for Old Bay Crab Cakes can be plated from start till the end in less than 20 minutes. IT’S SOO EASY, YOU NEED TO TRY IT!!


INGREDIENTS:


– 470g lump crabmeat.
– 2 slices of dried bread, remove the crusts.
– 1 tbsp of almond milk.
– 1 tbsp of mayonnaise.
– 1 tbsp of ” Worcestershire” sauce.
– 1 tbsp of parsley flakes.
– 1 tbsp of baking powder.
– 1 tsp of ” Old Bay” Seasoning.
– 1/4 tsp of sea salt.
– 1 beaten egg.
– vegetable oil for frying.

INSTRUCTIONS:


STEP I_ Break the bread into little pieces in a big bowl. Add the milk to moist.
STEP II_ Add the mayonnaise, the Worcestershire sauce, baking powder, salt, parsley, egg, crabmeat, and Old Bay.
STEP III_ Blend gently and Shape into 4 patties.
STEP IV_ Refrigerate the patties for 30 mins to help prevent them from frying.
STEP V_ With 3 cups approximately of vegetable oil, fill your frying pan and  Fry over medium-high heat. the patties until shining-brown on both sides.
NOTE* TO PREVENT OVERFRYING, I NORMALLY FLIP THE PATTIES AFTER 1 MINUTE CONTINUOUSLY.
