TACO CROCK POT TATER TOT CASSEROLE


 
This kind of recipe comes together as a combination of those things my family addicted to it and things I can quickly get on the table. It’s definitely one of the simplest recipes to bring together, and the end result is just amazing!

INGREDIENTS


1 lb ground beef.
2 cups cheddar cheese soup.
32 oz frozen tater tots.
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese divided.
2 cloves garlic minced.
1 packet taco seasoning.


Directions:


-STEP 1- Cook the ground beef with minced garlic and drain.
-STEP 2- Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl, except for 1 cup of shredded cheese, then pour into a lightly greased crockpot.
-STEP 3- Sprinkle the remaining cheese over the top, cover and cook over low for 5 hours or high for 2 hours, until the tots are hot and slightly crunchy on the bottom, and the cheese is completely melted
