7-UP BISCUITS

I don't know if you guys have ever heard of 7-up cookies, but they're so much better than they seem. Like, considerably better.

I think these are essentially the Better copycat for KFC biscuits, and everybody knows that his biscuits are known to the colonel. Buttery, Soft this Biscuit is a HIIIT!!!!!.

TO MAKE THIS RECIPE YOU'LL NEED:

- 4 cups baking mix, I used Bisquik.

- 1 cup of sour cream.

- 1 cup 7-up, if you don't have it, you can use a sprite.

- 1/2 cup melted margarine.

DIRECTIONS:

STEP 1_ Preheat the oven to 450°F.

STEP 2_ Stir 2 cups of baking mix, with 7-UP, and sour cream, in a medium-sized bowl, and mix them together until just well combined.

STEP 3_ Sprinkle with 1/4 cup of the baking mix on the countertop and pour the mixture out on it. Use your hands to blend into the dough and pat the dough out to about 1/2 an inch thick, add the remaining 1/4 cup baking mix on top of the dough as needed.

STEP 4_ To create a very soft dough that just stays together, add extra Bisquick as needed.

STEP 5_ Pour the butter melted at the bottom of the cookie sheet pan.

STEP 6_ Cut out the biscuits and put them in the buttered pan.

STEP 7_ Bake for 15 minutes or until the biscuits are cooked through and golden brown.

These 7 Up Biscuits are the simplest biscuits that you'll ever make and every time they come out perfect!
