* Ingredients:

° 1/2 lb spiral egg noodles
° 1 onion, finely chopped
° 2 c. tablespoon butter
° 1 lb lean ground beef
° 1 garlic clove, finely chopped
° 1 c. flour
° 1 c. chili seasoning
° 1 cup of chicken broth
° 1 c. tablespoon soy sauce
° 1 c. 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
° 2 cups grated orange cheddar cheese

* Preparation:

Cut and prepare your ingredients.
In a large saucepan, boil plenty of salted water (about 2 liters / 8 cups). Add the noodles and stir until the water starts to boil again. Cook the noodles for about 10 minutes or until the texture is slightly al dente. Drain the noodles in a colander and toss them with a little olive oil to prevent them from sticking together. Put them aside.
In a large non-stick skillet, cook the onion in the butter over medium heat, stirring with a wooden spoon, until golden brown. Add the meat and garlic. Continue cooking over high heat by breaking the meat into small pieces with the spoon until lightly browned. Add salt and pepper. Sprinkle the flour and chili powder over the meat and mix well. Add the broth, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce and then cheese. Stir until cheese is melted. Add the noodles and toss to coat them well with the sauce. Remove the pan from the heat and let stand for 5 to 10 minutes. The sauce will thicken slightly. Taste. Dirty and pepper if necessary.
