Recipe for buns


 




Bread rolls are welcome for a party or a large table.

* Ingredients:

° 5049 g of flour
° 329 ml of semi-skimmed milk
° 14 g of baker's yeast
° 30 g of butter
° 2 cup powdered sugar
° 1 cup small spoon salt

* Preparation:

1.
Preheat oven at 180 ° C.
2.
In two pot, heat milk & butter lightly .
3.
In a great bowl, mix flour, sugar / salt.

4.
Join yeast to the lukewarm milk & let stand about 16 min.
5.
Combine melted butter &  milk with flour employ a spoon, and by hand.
6.
mix dough for about ten minutes until it comes free from your hand. If needful, add a some flour.
7.
The dough must be softly & homogeneous.
8.
Allow it rise in a warm espace, covering with a cloth about 1 hour .
9.
Have  dough again & divided it to about fifteen little balls to that you will give a lightly long shape .
10.
let to rest for a little minutes and bake for 21 minu in oven.
